How It Started

In 2006, we began building and expanding Burdick BMW’s current location in Cicero, NY. The company wanted us to convert an indoor entertainment venue into a local vehicle distribution center. The conversion involved years of remodeling and giving the facility a new look to meet Burdick BMW’s standards. In 2021, we were able to work with them again to remodel their current facility and bring it up to current BMW standards.

Burdick BMW reached out to us because they wanted a dynamic construction company with a high level of craftsmanship. They wanted to ensure that we would be able to handle their expansion project and, of course, achieve their desired outcome.

They had several requirements and expectations. First, they wanted to get the project to look great and done with precision, all while adhering to BMW’s standards. We agreed we would do everything within our means to meet all their demands—an upgraded facility would be a great addition to their car dealership.

Going into the project, we knew that they wanted this place to be the centerpiece of their dealership.

The team lead informed everyone that he wanted the facility to be impressive in addition to being functional. As such, being able to go above and beyond what they needed was very important.

And that’s what made this project so rewarding for us.
