About Us
As in any business, skill is often
the key to a successful project and at Rich & Gardner we have an outstanding
and diverse team of construction professionals. Each person knows their
particular skill inside out, whether it’s construction, design, land-use
planning, cost estimating, project coordination, scheduling or construction
management.
We also know that every building is as different as the company it houses
and that’s why Rich & Gardner’s capabilities go well beyond
basic construction. Design / Build construction allows us to be the
single source of responsibility for all phases of industrial and
commercial construction from inception to completion.
Over the years we’ve effectively used Design / Build to do just that for
a dramatically wide range of businesses including: warehouses,
office buildings, retail shops, recreational arenas, shopping and
medical centers, industrial buildings and food distribution sites to name
a few. And recently we’ve expanded the Rich & Gardner client list
by working with a large number of human service non-profit agencies
and churches of varying denominations.
Utilizing various construction delivery systems allows us to meet
our client’s needs whether it is a large manufacturing plant or the
corner coffee shop. In short, our experience has taught us how to do
the best job in the least amount of time, and at the most
economical cost.
